Impossible
to be remain indifferent to the tides. The water arriving, settling
progressively. Erasing traces and turning into a luminous surface.
When it leaved, at each cycle, a new scenery emerged. The intertidal
area almost devoured me, but it also offered me its treasures. In the
sea, as on land, boodies were at work. To plant, to cultivate, to
rescue, but just as much to enjoy oneself. The thickness of history
permeated the pores. I trieds breathing in the aromas, and sopping up
the felt effects. Like a chimerical stroll, perhaps revealing our
desire elsewhere, between the hardness of the world and the power of
the imagination. Songe is in some sorts a conjugation between the
consistencies of the real and what appears before our eyes when they
are closed, without us being asleep.
